Symptoms

V systému Linux nastal problém. Mohou používat nsrwatch pomocí uživatele jiného typu než root.

Připojení se však nedaří přiřadit uživateli root.

Chybová zpráva: 

Cannot connect to resource database: Security token has expired.

Cause

Zastaralý token relace zabezpečení v části /nsr/tmp/sec/tokens byla vytvořena.

Resolution

  1. Zastavte služby:
    systemctl stop networker
  2. Přejmenujte složku tmp: 
    mv /nsr/tmp /nsr/tmp_old
  3. Restartujte služby networker: 
    systemctl start networker
