Symptoms

Wystąpił problem w systemie Linux. Potrafi korzystać z nsrwatch Korzystanie z użytkownika innego niż root.

Jednak z użytkownikiem root nie można nawiązać połączenia.

Error message: 

Cannot connect to resource database: Security token has expired.

Cause

Nieaktualny token sesji zabezpieczeń w obszarze /nsr/tmp/sec/tokens został utworzony.

Resolution

  1. Zatrzymaj usługi:
    systemctl stop networker
  2. Zmień nazwę folderu tmp: 
    mv /nsr/tmp /nsr/tmp_old
  3. Uruchom ponownie usługi NetWorker: 
    systemctl start networker
