アラート メッセージ:

All IO to the Device will be stopped, and data will be relocated to other Devices. Device Name: <Device Name>, Device ID: <Device ID>, Device path: <Device Path>, Device Slot: <Device Slot>, Node: <Node Name>, ID: <Node ID>

問題

システムは縮退状態になります。  PowerFlexは、障害が発生したデバイス上のデータの再構築/レプリケートを試みます。

Cause

PowerFlexは、エラーが発生したストレージ ノード デバイスを除外します。  このエラーは、デバイスのハード障害、デバイスの応答が遅すぎる、RAIDコントローラーの問題など、複数のシナリオの結果である可能性があります。

Resolution

SCLIを使用してデバイス エラーのクリアを試みます。

scli --clear_device_error --storage_node_name <Storage Node Name> --device_id <Device ID>

 

SCLIを使用してデバイス エラーをクリアできない場合は、デバイスの交換が必要になる場合があります。  障害が発生したデバイスの取り外しと交換を行う前に、デバイス グループが保護された状態であることを確認します。

scli --query_device_group --device_group_name <Device Group Name> --protection_domain_name <PD Name> | grep -i state
Capacity Health State: Protected
