All IO to the Device will be stopped, and data will be relocated to other Devices. Device Name: <Device Name>, Device ID: <Device ID>, Device path: <Device Path>, Device Slot: <Device Slot>, Node: <Node Name>, ID: <Node ID>

영향

시스템이 성능 저하 상태가 됩니다.  PowerFlex는 장애가 발생한 디바이스에 데이터를 재구축/복제하려고 시도합니다.

Cause

PowerFlex는 오류가 발생한 스토리지 노드 디바이스를 제외합니다.  이 오류는 디바이스의 하드 장애, 너무 느리게 응답하는 디바이스 또는 RAID 컨트롤러 문제 등 여러 시나리오의 결과일 수 있습니다.

Resolution

SCLI를 통해 디바이스 오류를 지우려고 시도합니다.

scli --clear_device_error --storage_node_name <Storage Node Name> --device_id <Device ID>

 

SCLI를 통해 장치 오류를 지울 수 없는 경우 장치를 교체해야 할 수 있습니다.  장애가 발생한 디바이스를 제거하고 교체하기 전에 디바이스 그룹이 Protected 상태인지 확인합니다.

scli --query_device_group --device_group_name <Device Group Name> --protection_domain_name <PD Name> | grep -i state
Capacity Health State: Protected
