VRTX-Gehäuse: Unerwartet herunterfahren

Symptoms

- Das VRTX-Gehäuse wird unerwartet ausgeschaltet.
- Alle Blades und EAMs sind ebenfalls ausgeschaltet.
Netzteile scheinen funktionsfähig zu sein.
Gehäuse und Blades werden danach in ORDNUNG hochgefahren, aber in den Protokollen wird nichts über den Vorfall angezeigt.

Cause

Das Problem wurde mit MC-Firmware v 3.30.x identifiziert.

Resolution

Dieses Problem wurde in CMC-Version 3.40 behoben.

 

Gemäß Versionshinweisen:

Version 3.40 ------------

* Unerwartetes Timeout CMC-Failover/automatischer Neustart

* Korrektur für Ausschalten des Gehäuses

* Logrotation funktioniert nicht für /tmp/d5netd.start

* SNMPv3-Traps nicht konform mit RFC3414, was ein Sicherheitsrisiko darstellt

 

Ein weiteres Update, v3.41, wurde zur Verfügung gestellt und enthält auch die Korrektur.
