Chasis VRTX: Apagado inesperado

Symptoms

- El chasis VRTX se apaga inesperadamente.
- Todos los blades y módulos de E/S también están apagados.
- Las fuentes de alimentación parecen estar en buen estado.
- El chasis y los blades se encienden correctamente después, pero nada sobre el incidente aparece en los registros.

Cause

El problema se identificó con el firmware de MC v 3.30.x

Resolution

Este problema se aborda en la revisión 3.40 de la CMC.

 

Según las notas de la versión:

Versión 3.40 ------------

* Tiempo de espera inesperado conmutación por error/reinicio de CMC automáticamente

* Corrección para el apagado del chasis

* Logrotation no funciona para /tmp/d5netd.start

* Las capturas SNMPv3 no cumplen con RFC3414, lo que supone un riesgo de seguridad

 

Se puso a disposición una actualización adicional, v3.41, que también contiene la corrección.
