Symptoms
- Lo chassis VRTX viene spento in modo imprevisto.
- Anche tutti i blade e gli IOM sono spenti.
- Gli alimentatori sembrano integri.
- Lo chassis e i blade si accendevano correttamente in seguito, ma non viene visualizzato nulla dell'incidente nei registri.

Cause
Il problema è stato identificato con il firmware MC v3.30.x
Resolution
Questo problema è risolto nella revisione CMC 3.40.
Per le note di rilascio:

* Timeout imprevisto failover/riavvio automatico del CMC
* Correzione dello spegnimento dello chassis
* Logrotation non funzionante per /tmp/d5netd.start
* Le trap SNMPv3 non sono conformi allo standard RFC3414, ponendo un rischio per la sicurezza
Un ulteriore aggiornamento, v3.41, è stato reso disponibile e contiene anche la correzione.
