Symptoms
- VRTX 机箱意外关机。
- 所有刀片式服务器和 IOM 也处于关闭状态。
电源设备看起来运行状况良好。
- 机箱和刀片式服务器随后都开机正常，但日志中不会显示任何有关事件的信息。
- 所有刀片式服务器和 IOM 也处于关闭状态。

Cause
已使用 MC 固件 v 3.30.x 发现此问题
Resolution
此问题已在 CMC 修订版 3.40 中得到解决。
根据发行说明：
版本 3.40 ------------
* 意外超时 CMC 故障切换/自动重新启动
* 解决机箱关机问题
* Logrotation 不适用于 /tmp/d5netd.start
* SNMPv3 陷阱不符合 RFC3414，造成安全风险
提供了进一步的更新 v3.41，还包含修复程序。
