Cause
戴尔客户端管理服务使用 wintrust.dll（包含用于验证信任文件的 API 功能的系统进程）、签名或证书。根据 API 输出，在受影响的计算机上调用来自 wintrust.dll 的 WinVerifyTrust API 时，Dell 客户端管理服务未收到 0 值。
因此，不会从 Dell Update Packages 中获取签名。
Resolution
工程部门已发布 BIOS 更新以解决此问题。更新后的 BIOS 一旦可用，将发布到计算机的支持页面。
注：
- 有多种 OptiPlex、Latitude 和 Precision 工作站受此问题的影响。
- 2025 年 1 月底或以后发布的所有 BIOS 更新都对证书打包进行了更新，从而解决了此问题。
- 并非所有计算机都会在 2025 年 1 月底之前收到 BIOS 更新，但在此之后的所有更新都应包含新的证书打包。
