Cause

Som en del av tilstandskontrollen før oppgraderingen undersøkes maskinvaretilstandene til følgende komponenter:

Plattformen::check_for_hardware_faults_2 feilen indikerer at det ble oppdaget en feil i DPE-kabinettet.

I eksemplet ovenfor er det spesifikke problemet en maskinvarefeil for strømforsyningen (strømbrudd) oppdaget på: spb

Resolution

Kontroller GUI-varslene og datainnsamlingene for eventuell defekt maskinvare, og skift ut etter behov.

I dette eksempelet mottar ikke DPE-strømforsyning B0 strøm og er klar for utskifting.
