Symptoms

De volgende fout wordt waargenomen wanneer een gebruiker een licentie probeert toe te voegen binnen de DPA-gebruikersinterface:

Ga naar het volgende mappad op de DPA-toepassingsserver:
  • RAMEN: Install Path: <Install Directory>\Services\Logs\server.log
  • UNIX: Install Path: <Install Directory>/dpa/services/logs/server.log
In het serverlogboek wordt de volgende fout waargenomen:

Verderop in het logboek wordt de volgende fout weergegeven: 
No space left on device
    Line 170582: Caused by: org.postgresql.util.PSQLException: ERROR: could not extend file "pg_tblspc/16390/PG_10_201707211/16385/22146": No space left on device

Cause

De DPA Datastore heeft geen schijfruimte meer beschikbaar waardoor de licentie niet kan worden toegevoegd.

Resolution

Voeg extra schijfruimte toe aan het bestandssysteem voor de Datastore-directory om het invoeren van de licentie in de database mogelijk te maken.

Het gebrek aan schijfruimte op de Datastore moet worden onderzocht om de oorzaak vast te stellen en een oplossing te ontwikkelen.
