Symptoms

當使用者嘗試在 DPA UI 內新增授權時，會發現下列錯誤：
訊息錯誤 500 的螢幕截圖

前往 DPA 應用程式伺服器上的下列目錄路徑：
  • 視窗： Install Path: <Install Directory>\Services\Logs\server.log
  • UNIX： Install Path: <Install Directory>/dpa/services/logs/server.log
在伺服器記錄中，觀察到下列錯誤：

Cause

DPA 資料存放區沒有更多的可用磁碟空間，因此無法新增授權。

Resolution

在檔案系統為資料存放區目錄新增額外的磁碟空間，以允許將授權輸入資料庫。

應調查資料存放區上缺少磁碟空間的問題，以判斷原因並制定解決方案。
