Symptoms

NetWorker Management Console （NMC） 19.13 （或更新版本）：

Unable to launch NMC user interface.

啟動下載的 gconsole.jnlp 導致 Read error.

無法剖析 JNLP

使用命令從命令列啟動 NMC javaws https://NMC-server:9000/gconsole.jnlp 失敗與 No suitable JVM was found to start the application.

沒有合適的 JVM

Cause

失敗是因為涉及兩個 NetWorker 伺服器共用相同主機名稱，但指派給不同的 IP 位址，導致名稱解析衝突。這會在主機名稱解析期間造成模糊，並影響 NMC 的啟動。

Resolution

移除了 IPADDR_REPLACE_AT_RUNTIME 字串來自 gconsole.jnlp 檔，以消除動態IP替換並確保主機名解析一致。

  • Linux： /opt/lgtonmc/web/gconsole.jnlp
  • Windows （預設）： C:\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\Management\GST\web\gconsole.jnlp

受影響的已修改線路 （顯示的 IP 位址僅為範例）：

從：

codebase="https://IPADDR_REPLACE_AT_RUNTIME(192.168.9.150):9000/"

這些行已更新為使用靜態 IP 位址，以避免與名稱類似的 NetWorker 伺服器發生衝突。

請確定 NMC 用戶端主機 （主機啟動 NMC） 可以正確解析 NMC 伺服器位址。如果 NMC 用戶端無法正確解析主機，NMC 啟動器可能會回報「Unable to connect to server hostname, make sure the server is running.」

  1. 驗證 NMC 用戶端主機是否可以解析主機名稱 （PowerShell 提示）： tnc hostname -p 9000
  2. 如果上述命令無法連線，但可從 IP 連線至伺服器，請為伺服器建立主機檔案項目。
