Symptoms
Upgrade failure with Error: com.dellemc.vxrail.lcm.data.provider.in.DataReadException: Meet error in http request exchange, please check log for detail.
Cause
When the Bundle is not synced with the upgrade phase, this error occurs.
Resolution
The upgrade must be restarted as the bundle must be resynced with the ongoing upgrade phase. Cancel and reupload the bundle to VxRail Manager.
