1. The URL redirecting to another URL do not work. If you get an API return code other than 200. 

    • Dell Native Edge external file download does not support sources URL that redirected to other URL. Ensure that the download URLs provided are direct links to the files.

    • If the API returns code other than 200 do not work. 

2. Download Limitations:

    • Downloads from sources such as Dropbox and Google Drive have not been extensively tested. It is recommended to verify the compatibility of these sources in your specific environment before relying on them for critical operations.

    • Open "download links/websites" without authentication (User ID and Password) do not work.

3. Upload File Size Limitation:

    • The maximum file size for uploads is 100 GB. Files larger than this cannot be uploaded.
