Any process that attempts a folder rename failed with an error: STATUS_DIRECTORY_NOT_EMPTY
Cause
In GeoDrive 2.1 and earlier versions, folder renaming was not allowed if the folder was not empty.
Renaming a folder involved copying all files under the folder and subfolders to the new destination and then deleting the original files. Since there could be millions of these files, a folder that was not empty could not be renamed.

Resolution
From version 2.2 onward, folder renaming is allowed however it is advised to upgrade GeoDrive to 2.4.2 and above which has addressed reconcile issues. By default, 'Folder Rename' is disabled.
To enable, go to GeoDrive and select Settings, click the 'Enable Folder Rename' checkbox. You can clear this option at any time.
With this enabled the corresponding folders in ECS are not moved to a new target. Renaming works similarly to soft links. A combination of pointers and a main rename table tracks the renames.
