Cause

Il pacchetto viene caricato da una jump box con una rete instabile.

Questi messaggi di errore indicano che si è verificato un problema con la connessione SSL, che è stata arrestata in modo errato, causando l'errore del processo di upload.

Per risolvere il problema del caricamento del pacchetto di upgrade non riuscito senza che vengano visualizzati errori nella GUI, attenersi alla seguente procedura:

  • Risolvi il problema di rete o carica il pacchetto da una delle macchine virtuali ospitate localmente su tale sito.

Eseguire "traceroute" dal client a VxRail Manager. 
Eseguire "traceroute" da VxRail Manager a vCenter.
