Symptoms

NetWorker VMware Protection -integraatio on määritetty vProxy Appliance -toiminnon kanssa. pikanäppäimellä emcauthctomcat voidaan poistaa, kun Java Runtime Environment (JRE) -asennus päivitetään NetWorker-palvelimessa. vSphere Web Client -laajennus ei muodosta yhteyttä NetWorker-palvelimeen seuraavan virheen vuoksi:

Cause

JRE-asennuksessa ei ole enää NetWorker Tomcat -todennusta (emcauthctomcat) vSphere Web Client VM Backup and Recovery -laajennuksen käyttämä varmenne. 

Resolution

emcauthctomcat-varmenne on tuotava Java JRE -avainsäilökokoonpanoon. Tässä on yleiskatsaus varmenteen olemassaolon tarkistamiseen ja varmenteen tuomiseen.

  1. Avaa Windowsin komentokehote tai Linux-pääteistunto NetWorker-palvelimessa.
  2. Siirry Java JRE -asennushakemistoon. Hakemisto muuttuu asennetun Java JRE -version mukaan.  
Esimerkki JRE 1.8.0_151:n asennuspoluista
  • Windows: C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.8.0_151\bin>
  • Linux: /usr/java/jre1.8.0_151/bin
Esimerkki NetWorker Runtime Environment (NRE) -asennuksesta:

  • Linux: /opt/nre/java/uusin/bin
  1. Tarkista keytoolin komentorivityökalulla, jos varmennetta ei ole Java JRE cacerts -avainsäilössä:
    • Windows:
keytool -list -storepass changeit -keystore ..\lib\security\cacerts | findstr emc
  • Linux:
keytool -storepass changeit -list  keystore ../lib/security/cacerts | grep emc
  1. Käytä keytoolin komentoriviapuohjelmaa tuodaksesi emcauthctomcat todistus:
    • Windows:
keytool -importcert -storepass changeit -trustcacerts -alias emcauthctomcat -file "C:\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\nsr\authc-server\tomcat\conf\emcauthctomcat.cer"  -keystore ..\lib\security\cacerts
  • Linux:
keytool -importcert -storepass changeit -trustcacerts -alias emcauthctomcat -file /nsr/authc/conf/emcauthctomcat.cer -keystore ../lib/security/cacerts 
  1. Tarkista keytool-komentoriviapuohjelmalla, onko varmenne nyt olemassa Java JRE cacerts -avainsäilössä:
    • Windows:
keytool -list -storepass changeit -keystore ..\lib\security\cacerts | findstr emc
  • Linux:
keytool -storepass changeit -list  keystore ../lib/security/cacerts  | grep emc
