NVP-vProxy： vProxy 备份失败，并显示“ERROR：[140] VDDK 错误：13: 您无权访问此文件”

Summary: vProxy 无法备份不与 vProxy 驻留在同一 esxi 主机上的任何虚拟机。vProxy 无法通过端口 902 为托管虚拟机的 esxi 主机进行通信。

Symptoms

已发现所有 ESXi 主机都位于单独的备份 VLAN 和管理 VLAN 上。 
 

vProxy 备份失败，并显示以下错误，如 NetWorker 服务器上的备份日志所示： 
YYYY/MM/DD HH:MM:SS ERROR: [nw_build] VDDK Error: 13: You do not have access rights to this file.
YYYY/MM/DD HH:MM:SS ERROR: [nw_build] Failed to open source VMDK "[Datastore] vm_name/vm_name_1.vmdk".
YYYY/MM/DD HH:MM:SS ERROR: [nw_build] "Hard disk 1": BackupVmdk: "Hard disk 1": Unable to open Virtual Disk "[Datastore] vm_name/vm_name_1.vmdk" in "hotadd" mode.


As seen from the /opt/emc/vproxy/runtime/logs/vbackupdd-vddk.log on the vProxy:

Cause

发现 vProxy 将仅备份位于与其相同的 esxi 主机上的虚拟机。如果 vProxy 尝试备份位于单独 esxi 主机上的虚拟机，它将无法在端口 902 上连接，如下所示：
  
Could not connect to ESX host esxi_hostname: Failed to connect to server esxi_hostname:902.

Testing connectivity from the vProxy to the esxi host in question using the below command, hangs, and eventually fails to connect, though ping and nslookup, return expected results. 

#curl -kv esxi_hostname:902

Verified the firewall is down on the esxi hosts.

esxcli network firewall set -e false

Verified no layer2 firewall exists, or any firewall between the esxi hosts. 
 

Resolution

发现 esxi 主机都位于单独的备份/管理 VLAN 上，并且无法通过端口 902 进行通信。需要能够在 esxi 主机和 vproxy 之间通过端口 902 进行通信。
