無法從 Active Directory 和 Exchange 的資源樹系組態中的 SourceOne Web 搜尋介面預覽/開啟/還原訊息。

期間，DocMangae 記錄在 DocMangae 記錄中出現下列錯誤：:D oGetMessage
ERROR GetMessage
錯誤：主域和受信任域之間的信任關係失敗。 |（0）|工作 ID：-1;活動名稱：XXXX;活動 ID：-1;活動類型：-1;XXXX
可以使用 ObjectViewer 打開相同的消息（使用 messageID），確認消息可以解壓縮並從存檔中提取。
Cause
資源林設定設定中的信任未正確設定
Resolution
通過與本地伺服器團隊聯繫或與Microsoft支援部門聯繫以查看資源林信任關係配置，以確定信任關係失敗的根本原因
