在 Active Directory 和 Exchange 的资源林配置中，无法从 SourceOne Web Search 界面预览/打开/还原邮件。
在预览/打开/还原
期间，DocMangae 日志中记录了以下错误：DocumentService：:D oGetMessage
错误
：GetMessage 错误：主域和受信任域之间的信任关系失败。 |（0）|作业 ID：-1;活动名称：XXXX公司;活动 ID：-1;活动类型：-1;XXXX
：可以使用 ObjectViewer 打开同一消息（使用 messageID），确认可以从归档中解压缩和提取消息。
Cause
资源林配置设置中的信任设置不正确
Resolution
通过联系本地服务器团队或联系 Microsoft 支持部门来查看资源林信任关系配置，以确定信任关系失败的根本原因
