Symptoms

Il bootstrap del server NetWorker e il saveset dell'indice hanno esito negativo con il seguente errore:

Il dispositivo utilizzato per il bootstrap o i backup dell'indice è un dispositivo remoto (rd=device_name); il che significa che utilizza uno storage node remoto. 

Cause

Non è possibile eseguire il backup dell'indice del server NetWorker e dei saveset di bootstrap tramite un dispositivo storage node remoto. Si tratta della Guida all'amministrazione di NetWorker. Resolution

Il pool di backup utilizzato per l'azione di backup del db Server deve essere associato a un dispositivo locale. Si tratta di un dispositivo creato tramite lo storage node locale del server NetWorker.
Se un dispositivo locale non è disponibile, creare un nuovo dispositivo utilizzando lo storage node locale del server NetWorker ed etichettarlo con un nuovo pool. Aggiornare l'azione Server Protection -> Server backup -> Server db backup per utilizzare il nuovo pool.

Se è necessaria una copia aggiuntiva su un dispositivo remoto, è possibile creare un'azione di clonazione post-backup per clonare i saveset su un dispositivo remoto.
