Symptoms

고객이 어레이에서 LDAP를 구성하는 작업을 진행 중인데 LDAP 서버 연결에 실패하는 문제가 있습니다.

LDAP 서버에 연결할 수 없습니다. 디렉토리 서비스의 LDAP 구성이 "LDAP 서버 자격 증명 구성" 페이지에 나타나는지 다시 확인하십시오.

LDAP Domain = jstone.mystore.com
Distinguished Name=CN=unity-service, CN=Users, DC=jstone, DC=mystore, DC=com
Password=matched to domain account password set for unity-service in Active Directory
Port=389

Apply>를 클릭한 다음 자격 증명 확인을 클릭합니다<. >> Connection Failed(연결 실패) 메시지가 나타납니다.

 

Cause

NTP가 구성되지 않았습니다.

 

Resolution

NTP를 설정한 후 LDAP 인증이 정상적으로 작동했습니다.

  1. Unity와 LDAP 서버 간의 네트워크 연결을 확인하십시오. CLI 가이드 /net/util/ping 또는 /net/util/traceroute를 통해 확인할 수 있습니다.
