Symptoms

Um cliente está trabalhando para configurar o LDAP no array e tem um problema de falha na conexão do servidor LDAP.

Não foi possível conectar ao servidor LDAP. Verifique novamente a configuração do LDAP em Directory Services é relatado na página "Configure LDAP Server Credentials".

LDAP Domain = jstone.mystore.com
Distinguished Name=CN=unity-service, CN=Users, DC=jstone, DC=mystore, DC=com
Password=matched to domain account password set for unity-service in Active Directory
Port=389

Clique em <Apply> e em Verify Credentials. >> A mensagem Connection Failed é exibida.

 

Cause

O NTP não foi configurado.

 

Resolution

Depois que o NTP tiver sido definido, a autenticação LDAP funcionou com sucesso.

 

Additional Information

  1. Verifique a conexão de rede entre o Unity e o servidor LDAP. Você pode ver o guia da CLI /net/util/ping ou /net/util/traceroute para verificá-lo.

  2. Se a conexão estiver ok, talvez seja necessário verificar se o DN de vinculação está correto. Consulte o guia da CLI /net/nas/ldap

Verifique e certifique-se de que o caminho do DN vinculado corresponda às configurações do servidor LDAP.
