Symptoms

Impossibile aggiornare il firmware a FOS 8.2.1c.

Password(s) for admin/user are at default. Kindly change the password to non-default value before proceeding.

Cause

Gli account "admin" e "user" utilizzano la password predefinita "password". FOS 8.2.1c non consente l'aggiornamento fino a quando le password non vengono modificate in password non predefinite.

Resolution

Procedura:
  1. Accedere come account "admin". "FOS" suggerisce che alcuni utenti stanno utilizzando la password predefinita.
  2. Non premere "Ctrl+C" per uscire. Premere "Enter" e seguire le istruzioni per modificare la password.
  3. Eseguire nuovamente l'aggiornamento del firmware una volta modificata la password.

Additional Information

L'aggiornamento in CMCNE potrebbe mostrare un errore senza restituire alcun codice motivo. In tal caso, utilizzare la CLI per verificare se si verifica questa situazione.
