Symptoms

Nelze upgradovat firmware na verzi FOS 8.2.1c.

Cause

Účty "admin" a "user" používají výchozí heslo "password". FOS 8.2.1c neumožňuje upgrade, dokud nezměníte hesla na nevýchozí.

Resolution

Postup:
  1. Přihlaste se jako účet "admin". "FOS" naznačuje, že někteří uživatelé používají výchozí heslo.
  2. Nestiskejte klávesy "Ctrl+C" pro ukončení. Stiskněte "Enter" a poté postupujte podle pokynů pro změnu hesla.
  3. Po změně hesla znovu spusťte aktualizaci firmwaru.

Additional Information

Upgrade v CMCNE může vykazovat selhání, aniž by vracel kód příčiny. V takovém případě pomocí rozhraní příkazového řádku zkontrolujte, zda k této situaci dochází.
