Symptoms

無法將韌體升級至 FOS 8.2.1c。

Password(s) for admin/user are at default. Kindly change the password to non-default value before proceeding.
Firmwaredownload failed.

Cause

「admin」和「user」帳戶使用預設密碼「password」在密碼變更為非預設密碼之前，FOS 8.2.1c 不允許升級。

Resolution

步驟：
  1. 以「admin」帳戶登入。「FOS」表示有些使用者使用預設密碼。
  2. 請勿按下「Ctrl+C」來退出。按「Enter」鍵，然後依照指示變更密碼。
  3. 密碼變更後，請再次重新執行韌體升級。

Additional Information

CMCNE 中的升級可能會顯示失敗，且不會傳回任何原因代碼。在這種情況下，請使用 CLI 檢查它是否遇到這種情況。
