Symptoms
當使用者登出 SourceOne 搜尋，然後在不關閉瀏覽器的情況下重新登入時Microsoft IIS 伺服器不會記錄使用者名稱。
Cause
Microsoft IIS 伺服器在對網站應用程式池使用「經典」管道模式時未正確記錄使用者名。
Resolution
若要解決此問題，請遵循此程序。
1） 在已安裝「EMC SourceOne 搜尋」軟體的 SourceOne 伺服器上開啟網際網路資訊服務管理員2） 選取應用程式池
3） 右鍵按一下搜尋應用程式池
4） 選取「基本設定
」 5） 使用「託管管道模式」下拉式清單變更為整合模式。
使用者名將按預期記錄在 IIS 伺服器日誌中。
SourceOne Email Management 安裝套件將在 7.2.8 SP9 之後的下一個 Service Pack 中更新，以設定「整合」模式
