Symptoms



"Backup Server Mapping" data resource does not return all VMWare Image backup clients.
For VMWare Image clients, DPA only returns proxy clients in Avamar.

Cause

This is a known Bug/Defect in Data Protection Advisor.

Resolution

Resolved in Data Protection Advisor agent 6.3.0 and 6.4.0 with the latest agent patch build. The latest agent Patch Build is available through EMC Technical Support.
There is additional environment variable changes should be done to make the VM machines shown in the report, please contact Dell EMC Technical Support for further details or information.
