Symptoms

Jotkin tiedot, kuten järjestelmänhallinnan versio, puuttuvat ACM-koontinäytöstä. 

ACM-server.log tiedostossa on seuraava virhe:

Cause

ACM LDAP -palvelinta ei ole määritetty oikein, mikä aiheuttaa LDAP-yhteyden katkeamisen.

Resolution

Tämä ongelma liittyy ldapconfig.xml ACM-palvelimessa olevaa tiedostoa. 

pikanäppäimellä ldapconfig.xml on ldapHostName-tunnisteen ACM-IP-osoite eikä ACM:n FQDN. Yhteys yrittää käyttää ACM:n täydellistä toimialuenimeä, mikä aiheuttaa yhteyden LDAP-palvelimen epäonnistumisen.

Voit ratkaista tämän ongelman muokkaamalla seuraavaa tiedostoa vi-komennolla:

/usr/local/dataprotection/var/configmgr/server_data/config/ldapconfig.xml

Vaihda seuraava tunniste:

Huomautus: acmserver.domain.com korvataan varsinaisen ACM-palvelimen täydellisellä toimialuetuella.
  
<ldapHostName>999.99.99.999</ldapHostName>
To 
<ldapHostName>acmserver.domain.com</ldapHostName>

Käynnistä ACM-palvelin uudelleen.
