Symptoms

Некоторые данные, такие как версия System Manager, отсутствуют на панели управления ACM. 

В файле ACM server.log содержится следующая ошибка:

Cause

Сервер ACM LDAP настроен неправильно, что приводит к сбою подключения LDAP.

Resolution

Эта проблема связана с ldapconfig.xml на сервере ACM. 

Переменная ldapconfig.xml содержит IP-адрес ACM для тега ldapHostName, а не полное доменное имя ACM. Подключение пытается использовать полностью определенное доменное имя для ACM, и это приводит к сбою подключения к серверу LDAP.

Чтобы решить эту проблему, отредактируйте следующий файл с помощью vi:

/usr/local/dataprotection/var/configmgr/server_data/config/ldapconfig.xml

Измените следующую метку:

Примечание. acmserver.domain.com необходимо заменить полностью определенным доменным именем фактического сервера ACM.
  
<ldapHostName>999.99.99.999</ldapHostName>
To 
<ldapHostName>acmserver.domain.com</ldapHostName>

Перезагрузите сервер ACM.
