Cause

Resolution

客戶需要以相容模式執行安裝。

以滑鼠右鍵按一下安裝程式檔案...選擇：
-> 屬性 -> 相容性 -> 相容模式 -> 勾選「在相容模式下執行此程式，適用於 <哪個 Windows 版本>。

安裝現在應該運行正常。
