Cause
如果部分快照因遷移和快照到期之間的爭用而將於下一分鐘到期，則大型volume_group或大量快照 （即超過 100 個） 的遷移工作階段建立可能會失敗。
Resolution
重試建立遷移工作階段。
如果失敗，請識別未來 30 分鐘內即將到期的volume_group快照，並將其過期時間延長一小時，然後重試建立遷移工作階段。
