Symptoms

Prior to removal from the Catalog, these DUPs would not apply the chipset driver causing Catalog compliance products like Dell System Update (DSU), Server Update Utility (SUU), Dell OpenManage Enterprise (OME), or Dell Repository Manager (DRM) to still list the chipset version as "0.00" and the system not in compliance.

Cause

These AMD chipset drivers contain an issue that cannot be run silently without user intervention as is required for various catalog products that can deploy drivers on Windows. Therefore, this AMD chipset DUP was removed from further biweekly catalog releases.
