Symptoms
During a DR test, ConGroup on non-owner LPAR abended with S0C4-11 during refresh after a swap back.

Cause
AbendS0C4 in CGRPQDEV when AutoSwap passes in a stale address of the ConGroup global block. TPROT test was incorrect - allowing access to invalid storage.
Resolution
Logic changed to allow fetch access to store-protected storage. Stale addresses will now be correctly refreshed.
