Symptoms

アレイにsymauthとsymaclの両方がenabled

symapi.logで次のエラーが見つかりました。

上記のエラーはsymauthの問題を示しています。ただし、 
 "symauth show -username"
そして、同じユーザーが表示されていることを確認しました 
 "symauth -sid <SID> list -users"
 こちらもチェック済み 
"symacl -sid <sid> show accgroup Admingrp"
ホストがsymacl AdminGrpの一部であることを確認しました

次のコマンドを実行して同期しようとしました 
"symcfg sync -sid <SID>"
しかし、「Symmetrix access control denied the request」というエラーで同期が失敗しました。

Cause

SYMACLアクセスの問題

Resolution

実行 
"symacl -sid XXX show accgroup AdminGrp -acl"
AdminGrpに必要なアクセス タイプがあるかどうかを確認します 
C:\>symacl -sid XXX show accgroup AdminGrp -acl

Symmetrix ID: 000197XXXX
    Group Name                            Pool Name                            Access Type
    ----------------------------------    ---------------------------------    -----------
    AdminGrp                              ALL_DEVS                             ADMIN
    AdminGrp                              ALL_DEVS                             ALL

上記の出力では、AdminGrpにアクセス タイプADMINとALLがあることがわかります。他のコマンドを実行するには、BASEやBASECTRLなど、コマンドを実行するための他の適切なアクセス権を追加する必要があります

アクセス グループに権限を付与するコマンド: 
symacl -sid <SID> commit -file <FileName>

ファイルに含まれる場所: 
grant access=AccessType to accgroup GroupName for accpool PoolName | ALL | NON-POOLED devs
BASEとBASECTRLのアクセス権がAdminGrpに付与されると、エラーなしでコマンドを実行できました。 
C:\>symacl -sid XXX show accgroup AdminGrp -acl

    ----------------------------------    ---------------------------------    -----------
    AdminGrp                              ALL_DEVS                             ADMIN
