Pokud zákazník potřebuje v požadavku CSR uvést e-mailovou adresu, měl by požadavek CSR vytvořit pomocí nástroje třetí strany, jako je například openssl. Požadavek CSR může podepsat certifikační autorita a nahrát jej do CloudLink.

Zde je příkaz k vytvoření CSR s openssl (libovolná platforma Linux).

openssl req -newkey rsa:2048 -nodes -keyout server.key -subj "/emailAddress=cloudlink@dell.com/C=US/ST=Cork/L=Cork/O=Dell Tech/OU=ISG/CN=pp-clc-node.pp.local" -out server.csr

Nebo interaktivním způsobem:

Email Address []:cloudlink@dell.com

Please enter the following 'extra' attributes
to be sent with your certificate request
A challenge password []:
An optional company name []:
