Instructions

Se un cliente necessita di un indirizzo e-mail nella CSR, deve creare la CSR con uno strumento di terze parti come openssl. La CSR può essere firmata da una CA e caricata su CloudLink.

Di seguito è riportato il comando per creare la CSR con openssl (qualsiasi piattaforma Linux).

openssl req -newkey rsa:2048 -nodes -keyout server.key -subj "/emailAddress=cloudlink@dell.com/C=US/ST=Cork/L=Cork/O=Dell Tech/OU=ISG/CN=pp-clc-node.pp.local" -out server.csr

O modo interattivo:

ComputerName:~/test # openssl req -new > cert.csr

You are about to be asked to enter information that will be incorporated
into your certificate request.
What you are about to enter is what is called a Distinguished Name or a DN.
There are quite a few fields but you can leave some blank
For some fields there will be a default value,
If you enter '.', the field will be left blank.

Country Name (2 letter code) [AU]:US
State or Province Name (full name) [Some-State]:TX
Locality Name (eg, city) []:Round Rock
Organization Name (eg, company) [Internet Widgits Pty Ltd]:Dell
Organizational Unit Name (eg, section) []:ISG
Common Name (e.g. server FQDN or YOUR name) []:node1
Email Address []:cloudlink@dell.com

Please enter the following 'extra' attributes
to be sent with your certificate request
A challenge password []:
An optional company name []:
