Symptoms

When performing hdfs backups of  user-generated snapshots,  subsequent backups may fail with error: 

Folder 'metadata_raw/dell-hadoop-DATE/Container_0000001' couldn't be synthesized.
file_synthesize returned an error 'file not found'.Error code = 5049

2024-05-06 09:20:35.156| Hadoop Agent | - Exiting list_files.

ERROR: Unable to perform Virtual Synthesize

Subsequent backup failed !!

Cause

Issue is related to PPDMESC-6474

Resolution

Code fix addressed in Hadoop Agent 19.15 Build 10 and later.
