Symptoms

NMM(NetWorker Module for Microsoft) SQL Server 백업이 실패합니다.   이 문제의 증상은 다음과 같습니다.

  • 백업이 실패하고 다음 오류가 발생합니다.
nsrsqlsv NSR critical Cannot login to SQL Server Default Instance. 38008:nsrsqlsv: Named Pipes Provider: Could not open a connection to SQL Server [2].
  • Modify Client 마법사를 사용하여 클라이언트 리소스를 수정할 때 백업 세트를 선택하면 " 오류가 있는 창이 생성됩니다.Referenced object does not exist." 

Cause

  • 이 문제의 근본 원인은 SQL Server 서비스가 실행되고 있지 않았기 때문입니다.

Resolution

  • 이 문제를 해결하려면 데이터베이스 관리자에게 문의하여 SQL Server 서비스를 다시 시작하십시오.
