Symptoms

NMM(NetWorker Module for Microsoft)SQL Serverのバックアップが失敗します。   この問題の症状は次のとおりです。

  • バックアップが次のエラーで失敗します。
nsrsqlsv NSR critical Cannot login to SQL Server Default Instance. 38008:nsrsqlsv: Named Pipes Provider: Could not open a connection to SQL Server [2].
  • クライアント リソースを[クライアントの変更]ウィザードで変更すると、バックアップ セットを選択すると、「Referenced object does not exist.」 

Cause

  • この問題の根本原因は、SQL Serverサービスが実行されていないことです。

Resolution

  • この問題を解決するには、データベース管理者に問い合わせてSQL Serverサービスを再起動してください。
