Symptoms
Společnost Dell se může připojit k rozhraní CLI pomocí SSH přes bránu Secure Connect Gateway (SCG), ale nemůže se připojit k připojení Unisphere přes bránu Secure Connect Gateway (SCG).
Unisphere se může připojit pomocí IP adresy, ale nemůže se připojit pomocí SCG.
Cause
Tento problém je způsoben chybějícím síťovým portem nebo připojením brány firewall přes SCG.
Resolution
Zkontrolujte nastavení brány firewall.
Ujistěte se, že firewall umožňuje komunikaci mezi bránou bezpečného připojení a Unity na požadovaných portech.
Ujistěte se, že je síťový port 443 otevřený a umožňuje SCG komunikovat s polem Unity pomocí Unisphere.
Po otevření portu 443 by mělo fungovat připojení Unisphere pomocí SCG.
