Symptoms

Dell kan tilslutte CLI ved hjælp af SSH over Secure Connect Gateway (SCG), men kan ikke oprette forbindelse til Unisphere Connection via Secure Connect Gateway (SCG). 
Unisphere kan oprette forbindelse ved hjælp af IP-adresse, men kan ikke oprette forbindelse ved hjælp af SCG. 

Cause

Dette problem skyldes en manglende netværksport eller firewallforbindelse via SCG.

Resolution

Kontroller firewallindstillingerne.

Sørg for, at firewallen tillader kommunikation fra gateway til sikker forbindelse til enheden på de nødvendige porte.
Bekræft, at netværksport 443 er åben og tillader SCG at kommunikere med Unity-systemet med Unisphere.

Når port 443 er åbnet, burde Unisphere-forbindelsen ved hjælp af SCG fungere.
