Symptoms

Dell voi muodostaa komentoriviliittymän yhdistämällä komentoriviliittymän käyttämällä SSH over Secure Connect Gateway (SCG) -yhdyskäytävää, mutta ei Unisphere-yhteyttä SCG (Secure Connect Gateway) -yhdyskäytävän kautta. 
Unisphere voi muodostaa yhteyden IP-osoitteella, mutta SCG:llä se ei voi muodostaa yhteyttä. 

Cause

Ongelma johtuu verkkoportin tai palomuuriyhteyden puuttumisesta SCG:n kautta.

Resolution

Tarkista palomuuriasetukset.

Varmista, että palomuuri sallii tietoliikenteen suojatun yhteyden yhdyskäytävästä Unityyn vaadittujen porttien kautta.
Varmista, että verkkoportti 443 on auki ja sallii SCG:n kommunikoida Unispheren Uniray-järjestelmän kanssa.

Kun portti 443 on avattu, SCG:tä käyttävän Unisphere-yhteyden pitäisi toimia.
