Symptoms
Dell kan ansluta CLI med SSH via Secure Connect Gateway (SCG), men kan inte ansluta till Unisphere-anslutning via Secure Connect Gateway (SCG).
Unisphere kan ansluta med hjälp av IP-adress, men kan inte ansluta med SCG.
Cause
Det här problemet orsakas av en saknad nätverksport eller brandväggsanslutning över SCG.
Resolution
Kontrollera brandväggsinställningarna.
Se till att brandväggen tillåter kommunikation från den säkra anslutningsgatewayen till Unity på de portar som krävs.
Kontrollera att nätverksport 443 är öppen så att SCG kan kommunicera med Unity-disksystemet med Unisphere.
När port 443 har öppnats bör Unisphere-anslutningen med SCG fungera.
