Symptoms

Yksi tai useampi seuraavista vSphere-ominaisuuksista on käytössä:

  • vSphere Storage I/O Control (SIOC) VxFlex OS -asemissa olevissa tietosäilöissä
  • vSphere Storage I/O Statistics Collection (SIOSC) VxFlex OS -asemissa olevista tietosäilöistä

Oireet

Oireita voivat olla muun muassa yksi tai useampi seuraavista:

  • Satunnaiset tai pitkittyneet VxFlex-käyttöjärjestelmän aseman käyttöongelmat, joihin voi sisältyä I/O-virheitä.
  • Heikentynyt kapasiteetti ja siihen liittyvät uusinnat
  • VxFlex-käyttöjärjestelmän komponenttien yhteydet katkeavat
  • Suuri tai vaihteleva äänenvoimakkuuden käyttöviive

Kun nämä vSphere-ominaisuudet ovat käytössä, muita todisteita tai lokiviestejä ei mahdollisesti näy.

 

Cause

Aiotun toimintansa vuoksi SIOC ja SIOSC luovat epävakaan ja arvaamattoman infrastruktuurin, joka ei sovellu VxFlex-käyttöjärjestelmän toimintaan.

Resolution

Poista SIOC ja SIOSC käytöstä VxFlex OS -asemissa olevissa tietosäilöissä.

Muodosta PowerCLI-työkalun avulla yhteys vCenteriin ja poista se käytöstä kaikissa tietosäilöissä suorittamalla seuraava komento.
