Symptoms
启动 Web 工具时，将显示一个网页，其中包含如下错误消息：
"The version of Java plugin needed to run the application is not installed."
用户将被重定向以下载最新版本的 Java。即使安装了最新版本的 java，也会发生这种情况。
Cause
Web 浏览器将执行 java 检查，以查看是否安装了最新更新。

Resolution
在浏览器中，使用以下语法在启动 Web 工具时绕过 Java 版本检查。
