Symptoms
啟動 Web 工具時，網頁會出現錯誤訊息，例如：
"The version of Java plugin needed to run the application is not installed."
使用者會重新導向以下載最新版本的 Java。即使安裝了最新版本的 java，也會發生這種情況。
Cause
網頁瀏覽器會執行 java 檢查，查看是否已安裝最新更新。
這會提示 Java 升級可能與交換器上的 JAVA 不相容。

Resolution
在瀏覽器中，使用以下語法在啟動 Web 工具時繞過 Java 版本檢查。
http://<switchip>/switchExplorer_installed.html 在 FOS 升級且 Java 符合 FOS 規格之前，這可作為因應措施使用。
