Symptoms

This error displays when directly launching the DDBMA plug-in:

This error displays when launching SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) first, then opening the DDBMA plug-in:

Cause

The login account does not have enough permission.

Resolution

Run SSMS as administrator or directly run the DDBMA plug-in as administrator.
