Cause

Resolution

Na komputerze z systemem Windows:
  1. Uruchom plik unregister.bat jako administrator
  2. Zmień nazwę C:\Program Files\DPSAPPS\AgentService\ssl na C:\Program Files\DPSAPPS\AgentService\ssl.old
  3. Zmień nazwę C:\Program Files\DPSAPPS\AgentService\dbs\v1\resources.db na C:\Program Files\DPSAPPS\AgentService\dbs\v1\resources.db.old
  4. Uruchom plik register.bat jako administrator
  5. Zatwierdź rejestrację po stronie PowerProtect Data Manager. 
  6. Sprawdź, czy kopie zapasowe działają.
